About The Position

We are a leading fire/water restoration company dedicated to helping individuals and families recover after fire damage. Our mission is to restore properties—and peace of mind—quickly, professionally, and compassionately. We’re seeking a skilled and empathetic Emergency Response Coordinator to join our growing team. The Emergency Response Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for property owners experiencing fire/water loss. This role combines sales, communication, and empathy—acting as a vital link between clients, insurance adjusters, and the restoration team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly under pressure, and can balance compassion with strong business acumen.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in restoration or related service industries.
Strong empathy and communication skills, especially with customers in distress.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Availability to respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed during site assessments.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency calls and arrive on-site quickly after fire department clearance.
Meet with property owners to explain the fire/water restoration process with care and professionalism.
Conduct on-site evaluations to determine the extent of fire/water and related damage.
Communicate the value of our services, build trust, and secure project contracts.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
Coordinate with restoration teams to ensure projects begin quickly and run efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and other referral partners.
