About The Position

Hatfield and McCoy's Dinner Feud is seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve their fabulous four-course feast. Full-time, Part-Time, and Seasonal positions are available, with on-the-job training provided.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
• Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross-contamination.
• Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
• Understand food allergies and what options are available.
• Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
• Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
• Remove any dinnerware and get to the appropriate location in the kitchen.
• The beverage attendant position may require cross-training in serving duties.
