About The Position
The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations. The Cromwell is the Strip’s first and only, stand-alone boutique hotel and casino. The Cromwell features the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and a rooftop pool, day club and nightlife venues by Drai’s, The Cromwell redefined e the Las Vegas hotel experience.
