We are currently seeking a full-time Benefits Representative to join our Springfield office. This client-facing role is key to delivering an exceptional experience for those we serve. You’ll work closely with clients over the phone, perform behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, and support our mission of client-centered advocacy. Responsibilities

Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
Contacting clients and the Social Security Administration regarding payment status
Engaging in high-volume phone communication
Negotiating payment plans and payoff timelines
Handling client questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
Updating account statuses and maintaining accurate database records
Building positive relationships with clients and internal team members
