This role ensures competitive, cost-effective benefits offerings while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering a positive employee experience. The Benefits Manager partners with HR/Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to support the overall benefits strategy. The Benefits Manager reports to the Human Resources Director.
