Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to assess benefit needs
  • Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation
  • Support clients with policy updates, claims assistance, and post-enrollment service
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship programs, and leadership development sessions
