We’re looking for a Benefits & HR Operations Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in shaping and strengthening HR operations across a rapidly expanding, multi-entity organization with employees in 20+ U.S. states. As we continue to grow following recent mergers, you’ll be at the heart of creating seamless HR operations that support our people and our business. You’ll help: Build scalable HR infrastructure Enhance employee experience Reduce compliance risk Drive efficiency across systems and processes You’ll partner closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems run smoothly and effectively. This is a temporary role for an initial period of six 6 months to support current business needs. While there may be an opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on business requirements and performance, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial term.
