DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Human Resources Specialist at our Corporate HQ in Olathe, Kansas who will work primarily with benefits administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Some previous experience in HR or benefits administration is ideal. We will consider various levels of experience.
• Proficiency with Excel is highly valued
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communicates clearly and effectively.
• Desire to learn and grow a long-term career in Human Resources.
• Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in HRIS
• Educate employees on company benefits and answer benefit related questions
• Manage new hire and open enrollment process
• Assist with life events
• Review and create benefit training materials
• Additional responsibilities as required
