Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident on video and familiar with virtual communication tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam

- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
- Provide exceptional client service and timely follow-up
- Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship development
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
