Overview Join Gallagher, a global leader in insurance and risk management, as a Benefits Enrollment Coordinator. In this role, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and service excellence. You'll help clients navigate their benefits enrollment process, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for managing benefits enrollment for an assigned group of accounts. Ensure clients' needs are met with care and efficiency by building strong relationships Work closely with your team to deliver tailored solutions, guide clients through renewals, and help them access additional services. Directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and Gallagher's reputation for excellence. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
