About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Benefits Representative, responsible for supporting customers with their benefit needs in a professional and timely manner. In this role, you will organize and distribute benefit materials, lead virtual meetings to educate individuals on available options, and address any questions or concerns related to benefits. You will oversee customer support and assist with the presentation and sale of various programs, including medical, disability, retirement, and supplemental benefits. Additionally, you will help resolve benefit-related issues efficiently, ensure customers remain informed about available benefits and wellness programs, and maintain a strong understanding of company campaigns, partnerships, and enrollment processes. Qualifications: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual with prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. The ideal candidate is skilled at establishing strong relationships with clients and can effectively manage multiple tasks while prioritizing responsibilities. A positive attitude and professional presence are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
