This hybrid role combines account management and business development, giving you the chance to build strong relationships while driving growth. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required.
License required.
Position requires excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
Handle renewals and retention while also pursuing new business opportunities.
Day-to-day will involve building trust with clients, solving challenges, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
May also have the opportunity to lead and mentor others, contributing to the growth of the team.
