Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage with small and mid-sized business owners and HR professionals to introduce them to our employee benefits solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up consultations between key decision-makers and our sales team to discuss customized benefits packages.
  • Lead Research & Qualification: Identify businesses with potential interest, gathering relevant information on current benefits strategies and decision-makers.
  • CRM & Data Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings to track progress effectively.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance messaging.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on benefits trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights during client interactions.
