Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and working families through Zoom
  • Explain available supplemental benefit programs clearly and professionally
  • Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
  • Provide guidance throughout the application and post-enrollment process
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership development calls
