As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for: Lead/participate in M&A projects as necessary, develop/maintain related tools to support M&A activity Share responsibility and facilitate benefit plan operational activities (e.g. vendor payments, reconciliations, employee benefit escalations, audits etc) Support the further development of the Healthineers US benefit plans and programs Research, monitor and operationalize benefit requirements (e.g. statutory requirements) Develop benefit process/procedure maps to support HR Operations Develop employee/HR toolkits related to benefit plans/programs Utilize technology to streamline/simplify processes to enhance employee/user experiences Support the development and enhancement of employee benefit communications Lead projects related to benefits or benefits administration (e.g. New SPDs, new vendor/program implementation) Run from Dayforce/Workday and plan vendors as needed and/or requested to monitor and identify escalated trends and plan activity. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Ability to offer data driven/researched based solutions In-depth knowledge of defined benefit, defined contribution, non-qualified plans, policies/programs etc. with health and group benefits experience a plus Understanding benefit laws and regulations: ERISA, 409A, Benefit Plan Reporting/Filing Requirements, etc. Highly organized and proven track record in developing clear, concise, and engaging communications. Demonstrated skills in vendor management including monitoring SLAs, track escalated issues, contracting, etc. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrated knowledge of benefit payroll concepts, HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce and/or Workday a plus) Creative problem solver A self-starter able to shift directions quickly when priorities change and bring other teams along smoothly and effectively

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in US employee retirement benefits administration, management and/or operations necessary, knowledge of health and welfare benefits a plus
  • Strong project management skills and solid experience in leading project-based work
  • Strong written communication skills especially in developing benefits-related communications; experience leading a benefits change initiative a plus
  • Ability to offer data driven/researched based solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of defined benefit, defined contribution, non-qualified plans, policies/programs etc. with health and group benefits experience a plus
