This position reports to Sr. Manager, Benefits and is responsible for being the primary contact for day-to-day benefit plans, programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing employee and manager inquiries, coordinating program administration, creating wellness content and calendars, onsite support for Homebase events, maintaining data systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
