About The Position

The Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant supports the firm’s total rewards and benefits function by performing audits and data validation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to vendor contractual requirements. The role also assists with the administration and coordination of well-being programs and delivers high-touch member experience through daily interactions with employees. Through strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence, this role helps ensure benefit programs operate efficiently and exceed our employees’ expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Familiarity with employee benefits programs helpful
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform audits of global benefits data in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate, schedule and monitor targeted and general well-being programs
  • Collaborate with benefits team on employee escalations to identify any vendor patterns
  • Schedule, organize, and track benefits meetings and presentations for employees
  • Support annual benefits enrollment and related activities
  • Assist with pulse data surveys and help prepare informative presentation materials
  • Monitor vendor performance guarantees and manage contract term dates
  • Prepare retiree packets and assist with ongoing communications with retirees
  • Complete annual compliance testing and reporting
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the benefits team
