Our client, a financial services firm, is looking to add a Benefits and Leaves specialist to their team. They are a data-driven organization that values good decision-making, teamwork and expertise. They foster a culture of collaboration, and they are constantly learning and challenging ourselves to grow. The Benefits and Leaves Specialist will be responsible for supporting the employees and managing and administering leave and accommodation requests including FMLA, Parental Leave, STD/LTD, Worker's Compensation and related programs. Additionally, this role will play a key part in designing and maintaining the overall Wellness strategy. You will work closely with our HR partners, legal team and benefits vendors to provide support to our employees and guide our managers through leaves and accommodations requests. You will explain eligibility and leave options, while delivering an exceptional experience across your interactions with employees, managers and HR business partners. Our collective team is committed to guiding employees though the leaves process from the initial request through to the final determination and this role plays is an integral part of that process by being the liaison between employees and the business and managing each case through its full lifecycle.
