This is a temporary position with a possible duration of 12-18 months Job Summary: This job administers employee benefit programs included, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Performs system processing including enrollment, event processing, and data audits. Department Position Summary: Supports the day-to-day administration and compliance of Erlanger's health and welfare and retirement programs. Manages benefit enrollment process and events for new hires, qualified life events, and annual enrollment. Ensures benefit programs and administration maintain compliance with Plan documents, policies, and regulations. Identifies and recommends process optimization and opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.
