Supports the design of a competitive and compliant benefits program. Works closely with team to support and administer benefits programs and activities as needed. Support benefits team in solving complex issues with the business. Assist in the development, installation and administration of benefits programs. Support development of benefits policies and processes. Provide technical input to benefits communications and presentations. Assists in addressing complex inquiries escalated from the Employee Service Center. Provide technical support with benefit administration programs, reviewing non-routine changes for conformance to policy. Assembles documentation to assist in calculating annual budget, enhance effectiveness of programs, control costs and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Maintain knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • One years’ experience preferred.
