Job Description The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Omni’s employer-sponsored health & welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs. The Benefits Analyst will provide support to Associates, HR Partners, and the benefits team under the direction of the Corporate Benefits Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance and completing audits of the company’s benefit programs. The position is also responsible for providing accurate and timely data to support recommendations for management. This position is based in Dallas, TX at the Corporate Office.
