About The Position

As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the benefits function in a fast-paced and associate-driven environment. You will support various associate benefit programs such as health and wellness benefits and retirement plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving issues, managing documentation, and promoting programs effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • U.S. benefits administration background, professional certification in HR/Benefits and knowledge of government regulations

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily benefits mail including responding to ERISA requests for benefits information.
  • Complete monthly benefits billing to ensure payments are processed timely and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to benefits programs including providing assistance in non-routine scenarios that may arise concerning benefits.
  • Support various associate benefit programs including health, wellness benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to all associate benefit programs, correspondence and participant inquiries.
  • Assist in review and updating manuals, summary plan descriptions, and other relevant benefits materials.
  • Maintain current benefits content on company intranet and microsites.
  • Support development of communication materials and coordinate benefits events to enhance employee understanding of the company's benefit programs.
