Requirements

  • 2–3+ years HRIS and/or benefits administration experience, with strong reporting skills
  • Solid knowledge of benefits processes, compliance, and HR data needs
  • Advanced Excel skills; ADP WFN and/or Workday experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, leaves, etc.), ensuring plans are accurately implemented, compliant with federal and state regulations, and administered according to plan documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, enrollments, life events, and claims issues—translating complex benefits information into clear, accurate guidance employees can trust.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and benefits data across multiple systems and integrations
  • Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
  • Troubleshoot benefits and HRIS issues, identifying and implementing improvements
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on system updates, enhancements, and projects
  • Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Support process improvements that make HR operations more efficient and employee-friendly
