This role ensures accuracy and consistency across multiple insurance carriers, vendors, and HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Paycom, a strong understanding of COBRA and ACA compliance, and the ability to reconcile HSA/FSA contributions through HealthEquity. The Benefits Administrator serves as a key liaison between employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors, ensuring that benefits processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
