Provide administrative support and staffing assistance within the Benefits Department. Primary duties include support of all associate welfare benefit plans, as well as to provide strategic leadership and consulting services to stores, staff, and associates regarding all benefit related questions and escalated inquiries. Works mostly independently to resolve general escalated issues/inquiries related to high-level or complex benefits processes and procedures Accountable for ensuring that benefit services are delivered consistently between Tier 1 support center associates and field associates by assisting HRSC Associates with inbound call overflow during high-volume periods Perform all administrative functions necessary to support benefit programs as assigned Arrange for payment via wires and checks for benefit programs Organize and conduct new hire benefit orientations Partner with the Benefits Management team to evaluate and provide feedback on benefit-related projects Run reports to ensure accuracy in HR systems related to benefit enrollments and PPACA enrollments
