Arthrex's Human Resources team has an opportunity open for a Benefits Administrator II position. This position will assist with the administration of benefits for Florida, California and Canada campuses. The Benefits Administrator II will also assist with the research of new benefits programs, provide recommendations for improving existing programs, and monitor benefits administration for all employees. Excellent communications, technical and analytical skills, one year of benefit administration experience within a corporate Human Resources team and a Bachelor's degree will be essential for this position. Experience in HRIS and MS Office required. Flexibility to travel between campuses is necessary.
