About The Position

The Opportunity: This position will support the Total Rewards team of a specific Hylant manufacturing and engineering client headquartered in Greenville, SC, acting as a member of their team, in the administration of benefits programs. Will assist in coordination of benefit plans and wellness initiatives. In This Role You Will Execute On: Administers and supports programs including open enrollment, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs Develops and supports benefit communications and enrollment systems for annual open enrollment and ongoing enrollment events. Manage changes due to qualifying events and verify dependents documentation requirements. Process life insurance changes for approved EOI (Evidence of Insurability). Supporting site HR efforts to communicate and interpret complex associate benefit related concerns and issues. Participates in Total Rewards projects and other duties as assigned. In This Role You Will Need: Knowledge & experience with implementation and administration of health and welfare plans. Knowledge of compliance requirements, laws and regulations regarding associate benefit programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding time management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently. Great attention to detail and able to maintain confidential information. Associates' degree. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience to benefit administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
