The Benefits Administration Specialist role is built for someone who takes precision seriously. You will own the accuracy of employee benefit enrollments, eligibility tracking, billing reconciliation, and compliance administration for our employee benefit programs. You’ll work directly under the Employee Benefits Manager and serve as a critical line of defense against financial and compliance risk. If you have a background in employee benefits or insurance brokerage and you thrive on getting the details right every single time, this role was designed for you.
