Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking to hire a full time Benefits Account Manager with an aptitude for providing quality client service. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for preparation and delivery of Benefits renewals, and meeting retention quotas. They serve as a primary contact for clients to provide daily customer service, to build relationships, and to meet face-to-face as per GMS guidelines.
