Here’s Where You Come In We are currently seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team. You will be responsible for serving Benefits clients (large groups of 100+), including both client companies and their employees. Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency. This position is in downtown San Antonio, TX. After an onboarding period, a hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) schedule is available. You’re Great At You should have 3+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products. Responsibilities include leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes. Experience with self-funded plan a plus. You will be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications, and be proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe. Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight is helpful. Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful. This position requires a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
