We are currently seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team. You will be responsible for serving Benefits clients (large groups of 100+), including both client companies and their employees. Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency. This position is in downtown San Antonio, TX. After an onboarding period, a hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) schedule is available.
