About The Position

Small Business Healthcare Consultant exists to help small businesses across the country offer healthcare benefits that are affordable, meaningful, and life-changing for their employees and families. In this role, you will: Serve small business owners, insurance brokers, and prospective clients nationwide Be responsible for driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong broker relationships Directly impact how accessible and affordable healthcare is for working families by helping employers offer cost-free healthcare benefits This is a hands-on role for someone who: Enjoys relationship-building, consultative selling, and problem-solving Takes ownership and follows through Wants their work to have real-world impact

Requirements

Relevant experience in health insurance sales and group healthcare benefits
Communicates clearly and with empathy
Takes ownership and follows through
Enjoys simplifying complex healthcare concepts
Works well across teams and roles
Cares deeply about helping people
Healthcare experience, licensing, or certifications: REQUIRED (Arizona health insurance license)

Responsibilities

Managing the full sales process from lead generation through close and enrollment
Educating business owners on healthcare options and guiding them through enrollment with confidence
Collaborating with insurance brokers and internal teams to support nationwide sales efforts
Improving access to healthcare for small businesses by helping them offer competitive, cost-free benefits
Advocating for small businesses and their employees by helping them understand the value and impact of Redirect Health
