The Bench Assembler’s primary function is the skilled and precise assembly of Damper components and systems. Assemble parts, pieces and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specifications, processes, and procedures in an area of production in a manufacturing environment. Ensure that all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Use various equipment to join, fasten, and connect parts. Handle electrical wiring tasks, including connecting motors, control panels, sensors, and switches. Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections. Record daily production and maintain production quotas on Duro Dyne forms. Maintain records of assembly activities, including documenting any modifications, defects, or adjustments made during the assembly process. Load all raw materials as needed. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues that arise during the assembly process. Perform other duties as assigned.
