The Community Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Center in managing the execution of the Healthy Living Strategy – assisting in the execution of the Pathways to Belonging framework including Membership and Programs, Volunteerism, Community, and Philanthropy, while still being in ratio 25% at the Welcome Center. This position is responsible for all aspects of member involvement, volunteer initiatives, assist philanthropic activities, and help to organize impactful community events. This position plays a role in annual fundraising, marketing and new member acquisition, retention, involvement, and engagement. This position is key in communicating the YMCA Center for Community Well-Being strategic framework to the members, staff, and community.
