Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all arriving and departing guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously.
  • Oversee the Guest Services Associates on a scheduled shift.
  • Maintain continuous liaison with management, Reservations, F&B and Housekeeping staff to guarantee that all guests are receiving quality services that exceed their expectations. To include seamless amenity and package delivery coordination
  • Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on- the- spot corrections.
  • Participate with other members of management in developing plans to deliver special services to selected targeted markets.
  • Provide a "Welcome Call" to VIP guests as required by management.
  • Be involved in resolution of as many guests' complaints as possible.
  • Supervision of Bell Staff.
  • Promote the Select Guest program to guests that are currently not members.
  • Will assist in Front Office operations as needed. Able to oversee Front Desk Associates as needed.
  • Greet guests that are retrieving keys from ‘Express Check In’ board
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Management.
  • Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames and Power of Engagement .
  • Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • Create unique, personalized WOW moments at every opportunity.
  • Ensure amenities are being delivered promptly and properly.
  • When needed retrieve incoming gift bags and follow proper gift bag SOP.
  • Assist with Front Desk duties as necessary based on business demands
