About The Position
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Serves as an ambassador of the hotel Engages with guest and visitors Responsible for luggage handling in a courteous and efficient manner
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, preferably as a bellperson or in hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
