The role requires taking initiative to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience. Success in this position also hinges on maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality, protecting company assets, ensuring quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.
