About The Position

To provide assistance and services for all guests, beginning in the lobby and carrying throughout the hotel stay, in order to ensure pleasurable accommodations and efficient handling of all guest needs.

Requirements

  • Attain a high propensity for customer service.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to bend and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
  • To assist with guest packages.
  • transport to guest room
  • transport to guest meeting area; Omni meeting rooms.
  • To properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand."
  • Responsible for a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.
  • Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
  • To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
  • Proper posting of positions/locations.
  • Any other duties as requested by management.
  • Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.
