In search of an individual with a friendly personality, who enjoys greeting guests first and sharing with them all the amenities to enjoy at our resort. What will I be doing? Our Bellperson greets and escorts owners/guests to rooms ensuring guest happiness and to ensure their stay is off to an excellent start. You will get to be the first person our owners interact with at the property. Here are your duties to be performed: Greets and assists with guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries. Supervise front entrance of property and guest's arrivals. Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards. The Bellperson will also assist in covering the gate when needed. Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area. Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGV from time to time, is critical to the successful performance of this position.
