To provide valet and bell services in accordance to guest's expectations and established performance standards. Bell services includes but not limited to: Escorting guests to their rooms after check-in, orientating them to our property, bringing luggage to/from the room, delivering items such as flowers, gifts, envelopes, faxes, giving directions, and other tasks as assigned by management. An important responsibility of the bell-valet is acting as an ambassador to the resort and possess' thorough knowledge of the resort's services and outlet hours. Greeting all arriving guests with a warm and sincere greeting. Greeting all departing guests with a warm and sincere thank you. Follow valet and laundry procedures. Demonstrate a guest-driven service style with a sense of urgency in interactions, execution and recovery. Follow all codes of safe practices Always maintain a professional presentation within the guidelines of the resort's uniform and grooming standards. Must be able to drive vehicles with a standard transmission. Clean and refuel resort vehicles as necessary Be able to work the third shift-overnight if required.
