As a Bellperson/Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome. With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, respond to inquiries, and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Your role as a Front Desk Host/Valet is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience, leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule and previous hospitality customer service experience preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate. Must possess a clean driving record and pass a records check. A LITTLE ABOUT US Situated just one mile from Healdsburg town square, nestled within the acres of lush, layered grounds, The Madrona, features 22 charming guest rooms, suites and a lively Michelin star restaurant set across six main buildings. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner to exceptionally curated private events, pop-up dinners, and local gatherings utilizing all nine acres of our beautiful property. Our Chef's garden, fruit and olive orchards, and vineyard provide a truly unique farm to table experience for our guests and staff alike. As part of the leadership team of The Madrona you are an extension of Mosaic Hotels and Restaurants' unique edge to deliver uncommon hospitality. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BELLPERSON/VALET The Bellperson-Valet will assist guests with their luggage and show guests to their room as well as drive and park vehicles in a safe manner as directed by the manager. You will ensure that a great first impression of service is presented to our guests. A presentable appearance as well as a customer service focused demeanor will be essential for this role. Requirements

• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
• Previous guest service.
• Guest and customer service focused.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor when dealing with guests and/or co-workers.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Excellent attendance.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
• High School diploma.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Driving/DMV record must meet minimum qualifications for coverage under property liability insurance policies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
