About The Position

Our Courtyard Dallas is currently seeking experienced Bell Staff/Driver Associates.  As a rockstar in the Front Office you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Requirements

• Previous hotel shuttle experience highly preferred
• Suitable MVR required based upon insurance requirements at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests
• Transport guests to/from airport and local areas while comprehending and abiding by all traffic regulations.
• Communicating the features and services of the hotel facilities
• Clean outdoor entrances and surrounding areas for guest use regularly.
• Maintain compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program
• Respond to guest’s special needs and requests
• Assess van condition daily and throughout shift, report needed repairs to maintenance
• Responsible for keeping vehicles in a clean, well-groomed manner, including windows and mirrors
• Assist guests with luggage throughout property as requested
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance, including wearing a nametag on the right side of the uniform
