About The Position

As a Bell Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival experience is seamless and memorable. By welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and proactively addressing their needs, you will create WOW moments that they will carry with them far beyond their stay.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six (6) months of food service experience preferred.
Experience working in a resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide property information, including details about rooms, restaurants, casino events, promotions, and directions.
Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property.
Load and unload baggage from guests’ vehicles.
Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their rooms or other areas of the property.
Provide room orientation and assistance as needed.
Process tickets for guest items and manage group baggage for arrivals and departures.
Maintain security and organization of the luggage storage area.
