About The Position

Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service to our guests. Answering high volume of phone calls. Also responsible for supervision, training, scheduling discipline and development of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Constant writing of luggage tags, storing and retrieving luggage for our guests
  • Loading & unloading of luggage from vehicles
  • Direct one on one contact with guests, requiring patience & good communication
  • Greet, assist & direct all guests. Requires polite and professional telephone manner
  • Requires skills to interview, discipline, review, and to adjust grievances with sound judgment
  • Requires constant decision-making regarding operation of area, delegating daily tasks to staff members
  • Requires patience and understanding individual personalities. This includes gaining respect of individuals by respecting their needs and rights as employees and providing consistency to all individuals under your supervision
  • Assist in developing policies and goals
  • Must be aware of any changes in policy and law
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance in accordance with Bell desk policies
  • Other job related duties as assigned
