Requirements
- A Hawaii state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- Hospitality related experience is ideal
- Computer skills needed
- Keen attention to detail and ability to navigate through a complex property
- Comfortable providing professional and anticipatory service to our guests & homeowners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of luxury hotel operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Bell Attendants are responsible for escorting arriving guests to their residence while providing luggage support and staying in contact with the Front Desk.
- This role requires a personable approach to create connections, provide recommendations and discuss room offerings and features with the guests.
