About The Position
Implement goals designed by BCBAs including reinforcement procedures, teaching procedures, behavior reduction procedures, discrete trial teaching, etc. Take accurate data and complete session note in accordance with company policy Maintain confidentiality of client records and uphold HIPAA at all times Ensure the safety and well being of client during session Communicate with families and Umbrella Care Academy staff with regards to schedule changes, lateness. Be prepared and on time for each session Accept feedback and implement recommendations by BCBA and Director of Behavioral Health
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of RBT coursework and exam
- Registry on the BACB website /Maintain certification
