About The Position
Behavioral Therapist (BT/RBT) – Perth Amboy, NJ Locations: Perth Amboy Pay: $24–$29/hour Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time Setting: Center-Based & In-Home Make a Difference in a Child's Life-Every Day Flywheel Centers is hiring dedicated Behavioral Therapists (BTs/RBTs) to support children and families throughout Perth Amboy, NJ. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and center-based settings-meeting families where support is needed most. You'll work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach important developmental milestones.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to client homes and schools
- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach when working with children
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in natural environments
- Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBA
- Collect and track data, sharing progress with clinical supervisors
- Support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction
