About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in Matawan, NJ. This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and support the development of key life skills. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Matawan area
- Must be comfortable working independently and within a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center-based settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record data accurately during each session
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
