We provide Therapeutic Consultation services through the Virginia Medicaid Waiver system, supporting individuals with disabilities and the teams who care for them. Our approach is grounded in compassionate, ethical, and person‑centered behavior support, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, dignity, and meaningful change in everyday environments. Our consultants work alongside families, caregivers, and provider teams to create sustainable strategies that improve quality of life. We value professional autonomy, clinical integrity, and practices that align with neurodiversity‑affirming principles. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) to join our Therapeutic Consultation team as a part‑time W‑2 employee (non-contracted). This role provides clinically meaningful work with flexibility, without the pressures commonly associated with clinic‑based ABA models. You will join a collaborative team of BCBAs serving individuals across the lifespan (although most clients we serve are adults) throughout the region. The focus of this position is consultation, coaching, and training for caregivers and support teams. There is no RBT supervision included in this role. Services are delivered in person, with some opportunity for telehealth, depending on service needs.
