About The Position
As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
Requirements
- BT II: Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or QMHP (trainee), or The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Responsibilities
- Facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities

- Work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
